4) Prototype of Site is produced by IMC Universe. (1-5 weeks)

5) Prototype of site approved by you. (1-3 days) Second one-third of fee due.

6) IMC Provides a "timeline" and due date list of all elements needed for web site, by page, to your company. (1 day)

7) Your company provides content---text and graphics material--- to IMC Universe. (1-4 weeks)

8) Post-publication Plan for Maintenance created jointly by IMC and your company. (1-3 days)

9) IMC Universe Produces Web Site. (1-12 weeks)

10) Your company approves final web site. (1-3 days) Final one-third of fee due.

11) Web Site is published. (1 day)

12) Post publishing PR work is initiated.

13) Site registration,. de-bugging and other first-week duties completed by IMC Universe.

14) Plan for on-going maintenance implemented.
